cheapo build i made for my paragon, but does require a couple of skill unlock then purchase off the guy in kamadan

spear of lightning
barbed spear
cruel spear
go for the eyes
anthem of flame
stand your ground
never surrender
signet of return

points
13 on spear (2+1)
13 on command
9 on leadership (drop to 8 when you use watch yourself or another secondary skill)

the rear end of the build is the core part, in the endgame area i subed out a attack for watch yourself to help boost up the parties armour.

rundown of useage
before the fight, put on anthem of flame (burning for 2 seconds) assuming 6 attackers in your group thats 84 damage every 10 seconds, at a net 1 energy cost to you (5energy, +4 on the return)

launch spear of lightning to trigger the burning..

be ready to put on stand your ground!, preferably as late as safely possible so it lasts longer into the fight (32seconds at 13 command)

spam go for the eyes(additional 69% to critical)/watch yourself as apropiate

barbed spear for degen

cruel spear for deep wound, tho it does take awhile to charge up

never surrender is a okish partywide heal, its cheap, heals for 80health for every party member in earshot (+4 regen). if you think you will be using it alot, increase rank to 14 and hop upto +5regen.
its a really good skill to help stabilize a situation where the healers cant cope.

signet of return simpley because its a reuseable res, if you have spare points chuck them on leadership, just to give a slightly better health/energy for the resed person

optional skills
aggressive refrain, i didnt include it in the main build, because of its cost, and in pve you often have lengths of movement time, where it would elapse, then the 25E cost is painful

at the endgame missions i put in watch yourself instead of a attack, as it helped lessen the damage done to party, plus transfering points off leadership and spear to increase the al and the length

you dont need amazing equipment, but the best spear for this would be max, double adrenaline on hit (10% chance) with a max al/fortitude mod

i used a basic 10al shield, then a shagu's anthem dropped during the double green weekend for a mate, who gave me it

. think u can get a equal spear from the command post.

spear was pre realease pack +5e one, and later a 15^50% from the command post.

simply because insigs where really expensive when i made his armour XD
